First you need to get signed up for 2 of our Free (no Cost) Free Semi Private Classe/and Regular Class, In the first class we wil go over all the basic you need, in the secound class you will get to train in the regular class with a support instructor working with you!.
To continue in class you will need a Team Rock Solid Fighter T-Shirt which we will sell you your first at 50% off
